SA: School bus crashes into creek south of Adelaide

ADELAIDE, Aug 17 AAP - A school bus has skidded off a road and into a creek in the
Adelaide Hills.

Police said the children on board were unhurt but would require alternative transport.

The incident occurred at Macclesfield, about 40km southeast of Adelaide, this morning.

"The kids are fine, they're all out of the bus, but they'll need another bus to get
them to school," a spokesman said.

Investigations were still underway to determine how many students were on board at
the time and the circumstances surrounding the crash.

It was believed they were from a school at Mt Barker but police were unsure if they
were primary or secondary students.
