-S&P increases rating on Softbank to BBB-
INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS
25 July 2011 -- S&P today upgraded to BBB- from BB+ its long- term corporate credit and debt ratings on Japanese telecom and Internet company Softbank Corp (TYO:9984).
The ratings were also removed from credit watch.
The long-term corporate credit rating bears a "positive" outlook, meaning further uplifts could follow in the next year or two.
The company has executed a syndicated loan agreement with lenders to refinance the whole business securitisation (WBS) of its mobile business with the refinancing expected to be completed by November.
The rating service now includes the mobile phone business into its assessment of Softbank and has raised the corporate rating of the telecom company to BBB- to reflect its improved financial risk profile.
The "positive" outlook assumes Softbank will record steady income growth in its mobile and other business areas, backed by its good marketing, increased brand recognition and enhanced network capacity and quality, S&P said.
The company is also expected to retain its moderate financial policy and conservatively manage its business expansion. The cash flow from the mobile business will also allow Softbank to cover its large capital expenditures and to gradually repay its debts, the agency added.

WA:WA education system undergoes shake up=2
The changes will come into effect in 2015 while pre-primary will also become compulsory
for all children from 2013.
Mr Barnett said making pre-primary compulsory would ensure all children had access
to a high-quality, full-time education program.
"In that year of schooling, children acquire the foundations of literacy and numeracy,
and while current pre-primary enrolment rates exceed 97 per cent, this move will ensure
not one child falls through the cracks," he said.
Dr Constable said many Year 7 students were celebrating their 13th birthday while still
in primary school.
"Students of this age all over the nation have demonstrated that they are more than
capable of succeeding in secondary settings, as have students in most Western Australian
Catholic and independent schools and a few public schools," she said.
About one third of WA Year 7 students are already learning in secondary schools, with
Catholic and most independent schools adopting the model in 2008.
There are also already eight public secondary schools that have Year 7 students on site.
Dr Constable said there had also been consideration made for families moving to WA
from interstate with children in Year 7 who might have to go back to primary school after
being in high school.
"This change will ensure that this is not a factor in discouraging families from settling
in this state," she said.

SA:Swan says economy in good shape
ADELAIDE, Aug 6 AAP - Federal Treasurer Wayne Swan says the latest figures show the
Australian economy is in good health.
Data on inflation, job creation and interest rates brought together a "petty good set
of figures", Mr Swan said.
"We certainly had a very encouraging inflation number last week, underlying inflation
at 2.7 per cent," he told ABC radio.
"The fact that we've managed to avoid a recession, the fact that we've got record job
creation, 350,000 jobs in the last year, would indicate that we've got a healthy economy.
"Not everybody is going as well as everybody else, there's a two-speed economy as well.
"But what we have got is a pretty good set of figures when you look across the length
and breadth of our economy."
The treasurer said with underlying inflation moderating, the labour market growing,
official interest rates at 4.5 per cent and the budget heading back into surplus, the
Australian economy was in good shape considering the international environment.

NSW: Suspended priest granted bail on grooming charges
By Andrew Drummond
SYDNEY, Aug 14 AAP - The Catholic Church has suspended a Sydney priest facing serious
criminal charges of grooming a child for sex.
Robert MacGregor Fuller, 54, allegedly used a webcam to show himself masturbating during
online chat sessions with a police officer who was posing as a 13-year-old girl.
A priest at All Saints church at Liverpool, in Sydney's southwest, for some six years,
Fuller was arrested on Thursday afternoon in the car park of Parramatta pool where it
is alleged he planned to meet the teenage girl for sex.
He was subsequently charged with grooming and procuring a child under the age of 16
and faced Parramatta Local Court on Friday.
"This is a clear abuse of a position of authority within the church, particularly as
the defendant is in a position of having unvetted access to (children)," police prosecutor
Sergeant Kai Peninkilampi told the court.
Police allege that between July 21 and August 13 Fuller had 13 online chat sessions
with an officer masquerading as a 13-year-old girl.
"During these communications, the accused masturbated on webcamera ... on other occasions
he instructed and encouraged (the girl) to masturbate herself with her fingers. He also
arranged meeting (the girl) for the purpose of engaging in sexually explicit acts," police
facts before the court said.
Fuller's face was captured by webcam during five of the online conversations, police said.
In applying for bail, Fuller's solicitor Greg Walsh called evidence from another Sydney
priest who has known the accused for several years.
Father Terry Bell, currently acting in the position of bishop for the Western Sydney
diocese, said Fuller worked hard and had a "very good reputation in the community", adding
he was "shocked" when he heard the allegations.
Fr Bell offered $25,000 of church money as bail and accommodation at a church-owned
property at Terrigal in support of Fuller's bid to be released on bail.
Dressed in denim jeans and a zip-up tracksuit top, Fuller sat quietly in the dock of
the court during the proceedings.
Mr Walsh said there was no suggestion in the facts that any child "before this alleged
behaviour, has been put at risk or preyed upon by this man".
Labelling the charges as "serious", Magistrate Peter Miszalski granted Fuller bail,
requiring that he report to police three times a week, surrender his passport, not use
the internet, and not be in proximity to children or attend places such as schools, the
movies and sports grounds.
The church was required to lodge $25,000 cash as part of the bail conditions.
Fuller is due to next appear in the same court on October 8.
The Archdiocese of Sydney on Friday said Fuller was "immediately stood down from his
ministry" and would remain so pending the outcome of the court proceedings.
"This is appalling and distressing news," Sydney Archbishop Cardinal George Pell said
in a statement.
"I share the concern and alarm of parishioners, and particularly of parents and the
school community.
"I can assure them that the safety of children in our parishes and schools is paramount,
and the Archdiocese will co-operate fully with the police in relation to this and any
other investigation into abuse at anytime."

NSW: Motorbike backflip daredevil to hit the harbour again
By Kim Christian
SYDNEY, Dec 1 AAP - As he emerged from the waters of Sydney Harbour with a "throbbing
headache" and the wind knocked out of him, motorcycle stuntman Cam Sinclair declared he
would repeat his world-first jump.
"I'll have another go," a wet and spluttering Sinclair told reporters immediately after
Monday's jump.
"Now I need another bike."
Sinclair revved his 250cc dirt bike down the wharf at Pyrmont Point Park five times
before launching himself more than 10 metres into the air off a steel ramp and landing
in the chilly harbour waters.
His attempted double backflip on the 125kg machine makes him the first person to do
the trick over Sydney Harbour.
The tattooed stunt rider, kitted out in full black and red protective riding gear and
a lifejacket, said he was not scared and merely "a little bit winded" after the attempt,
in which he appeared to rotate one and a half times.
"It went perfect. I jumped off (the bike before it hit the water) a little bit early
but I just wanted to prepare myself before I got in the water," the 24-year-old from
Melbourne told AAP.
For his next big trick, he will do the same jump but land on a ramp during the Crusty
Demons' motorcycle stunt tour Beyond The Apocalypse, scheduled for next year.
A ramp or dirt landing would have been impossible to pull off in the windy conditions
that greeted Sinclair in Sydney minutes before the jump.
"Because it's water, you've got plenty of room to land, but if it was dirt you probably
wouldn't be able to do it," he said.
"It was a little bit nerve-racking. The ramp was a little bit different."
His training in foam pits came in handy as he rotated in mid-air in front of a crowd
of about 50 people and managed to separate from his motorcycle just before entering the
water.
With the Sydney Harbour Bridge flags behind him flying at half mast for the late Opera
House designer Joern Utzon, Sinclair, who has been riding motorcycles for 19 years, said
he wasn't too scared of being hit by the bike.
"No, I wasn't. I don't know what I was thinking, really. I was just trying to jump
way out and it worked perfectly," he said surrounded by divers, an ambulance crew, NSW
Maritime officials and a support crew.
"I wasn't really scared at all."
The bike, which was hauled out of the harbour by a crane, will be repaired and take
pride of place in his home.

Microsoft and Sprint Team for Mobile Searches
WIRELESS NEWS-November 18, 2006-Microsoft and Sprint Team for Mobile Searches (C)2006 10Meters - http://www.10meters.com
Microsoft and Sprint have announced a strategic alliance through which the companies will develop and deliver a range of new service offerings for Sprint's business and consumer customers.
The first consumer offering in the collaboration enables Sprint customers to use Windows Live Search for mobile on their wireless phones to search location-based content from the Internet, such as nearby stores and restaurants, as well as Sprint's catalog of ring tones, games, screen savers and related services. The service also provides new opportunities for targeted local advertising.
"Microsoft and Sprint share a vision that mobility is about helping customers access the information they need while on the go. The new alliance will deliver on that vision for consumers and businesses," said Mark Schweitzer, chief marketing officer at Sprint. "By adding Windows Live Search for mobile to Sprint devices, customers now carry with them a depth of relevant local search information, in addition to quick and easy access to their favorite Sprint content. Microsoft's innovation in search and advertising makes them a logical choice for us to work with to realize this vision."
The new Sprint mobile search service powered by Windows Live aims to provide one-stop access to relevant online content associated with a given keyword or phrase. The service is immediately available at no additional cost to Sprint PCS Vision and Sprint Power Vision subscribers on all currently available data-capable phones, along with many popular older models, the company noted.
"In recent years the search box has fundamentally changed the way people interact with the Internet, but we have only just begun to scratch the surface for what search and live Internet services can do in the mobile space," said Steve Berkowitz, senior vice president of the Online Services Group at Microsoft. "Today's announcement is a positive step forward in enhancing the mobile search experience for consumers and advertisers alike, by putting locally relevant information in the hands of consumers. And with Sprint's strong history of enabling Internet services on phones and Microsoft's expertise in delivering software plus services, we are excited about the opportunities this alliance can bring to further promote live services across devices that help people get the information they want, when they want it, where they are."

Fed: Sporting greats pay tribute to Packer
By Simon Kirby
SYDNEY, Dec 27 AAP - Australia's sporting establishment has paid tribute to Kerry Packer
whose influence was crucial in the development of cricket, rugby league, golf, AFL and
horse racing.
The Australian cricket team wore black armbands in the second Test against South Africa
in Melbourne today as a mark of respect for Packer, who died overnight aged 68.
Both teams observed a minute's silence before the start of play at the MCG.
The media magnate controlled Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd, the owner of the Nine
Network, whose live telecasts have driven the growth of many sports in this country.
Cricket was one of his great passions and Packer transformed the sport in the 1970s
when he introduced the breakaway World Series Cricket, which was the dawn of professional,
one-day internationals and modern television coverage.
Channel Nine commentators Richie Benaud, Tony Greig, Ian Chappell and Bill Lawry described
Packer as a generous, charismatic man who had a great sense of fun and was a lateral thinker
over the way cricket was broadcast.
"Cricket the world over, I don't think, will ever know how different things would be
without Kerry Packer," said Greig, a close friend.
Cricket Australia (CA) described Packer as one of the most influential figures in Australian
cricket history, who ranked alongside Sir Don Bradman "as one of the giants who have influenced
the shape of Australian cricket."
"That cricket is today taken for granted as a natural part of the Australian way of
life is in no small measure due to his influence," said CA chairman Creagh O'Connor.
International Cricket Council president Ehsan Mani said Packer was one of the few people
who could lay claim to changing the game of cricket.
"His World Series Cricket took the game by the scruff of the neck and dragged it into
the modern era and although, at the time, many people had reservations, the current healthy
state of our sport shows how wise he was," Mani said.
"The players also owe him a huge debt of gratitude because he recognised their worth
and paid them accordingly. He recognised they were the entertainers and had to be rewarded."
Former Australian Rugby League chairman Ken Arthurson today paid tribute to Packer's
role in orchestrating the sport's popularity.
"He played a major role in the success of rugby league during that period in the '90s,
when rugby league was really on top," Arthurson said.
"We had every sport on the back foot at that stage, it was really going great guns
and I must say that was really due to a large extent to the Kerry Packer influence with
Channel Nine."
Packer took on fellow media mogul Rupert Murdoch, chief of News Corp Ltd, in the Superleague-ARL
war that led to years of court action until a peace deal was brokered in December 1997,
with Nine again securing the game's television rights.
"Kerry was both a lifelong friend and a tough competitor," Murdoch said.
Packer also took on the Seven Network's long-time ownership of AFL broadcasting, winning
the rights from 2001 and again last week securing the rights through to 2011, pending
a Seven response within 14 days.
AFL Commission chairman Ron Evans and chief executive Andrew Demetriou said Packer's
contribution to all Australian sport as a broadcasting innovator was unmatched in the
nation's history.
"Mr Packer was a towering figure across Australian business life and through television.
He has left a lasting legacy for Australian sport," they said in a statement.
"Broadcasting of all sport in this country benefited from Mr Packer's vision and he
will be greatly missed as someone who has enabled sports, particularly cricket, rugby
league and the AFL, to grow and expand and ensure their success into the future."
Packer's think big approach also reaped dividends for Australian golf.
He hired Jack Nicklaus to redesign the Australian Golf Club course in 1977 and then
flew in and paid some of the world's top players to compete in the revamped Australian
Open.
"They put it on the map as a big event worldwide," said Colin Phillips, recently-retired
executive director of the Australian Golf Union.
"It was because of Packer's approach to the event, in as much as he felt that the only
way to reach that status was to get the best players in the world out here."
Packer also raced many horses with friend Lloyd Williams including 1993 Victorian Derby
winner Mahogany and 1996 Golden Slipper winner Merlene. He also loved a punt, betting
an estimated $1 million on Might And Power in the 1997 Melbourne Cup.
Recently Packer has tried to take on the betting establishment by joining forces with
English-based internet betting exchange operator Betfair, which this year won a licence
to operate in Tasmania.

The Royal Air Farce.
Provided by 7DAYS.ae
Prince William landed a Royal Air Force helicopter in the garden of the parents of his girlfriend Kate Middleton but the Ministry of Defence defended his actions, saying he achieved essential training objectives. The 25-year-old William, who is second in line to the throne, asked permission from his girlfriend's parents to land at their Berkshire home due to a shortage of landing slots in Hampshire.
While aviation analyst and RAF-trained pilot Jon Lake said the April 3 flight was "ridiculous and inappropriate", the Ministry said the two-hour training mission was fully authorised as part of William's four-month RAF attachment. "Battlefield helicopter crews routinely practice landing in fields and confined spaces away from their airfields as a vital part of their training for operations," it said.
"These highly honed skills are used daily in conflict zones such as Iraq." The MoD said helicopter bases continually sought permission from land owners
to use their fields and that there were in fact only two fields permanently available in Hampshire. "Opportunities to use alternatives are therefore regularly seized. The aircraft landed in the field, after taking all necessary safety precautions, and was on the ground for 20 seconds. No one got on or off the aircraft. This was very much a routine training sortie that achieved essential training objectives," it said.

Award-winning SuccessMaker Digital Program for Grades K-8 Now Available Online.
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) June 27, 2011
Today at the International Society for Technology in Education's (ISTE) annual conference in Philadelphia, the education services and technology company Pearson announced that its digital K-8 program for mathematics and reading, SuccessMaker, will be available online. Ready for the 2011-2012 school year, school districts nationwide will implement SuccessMaker on the internet with Pearson hosting the digital content and student data, and delivering the information online to schools.
SuccessMaker's online deployment is a cost-effective, new option for delivering personalized digital instruction given today's growing hardware and school staffing constraints. Online delivery of SuccessMaker also can help teachers and schools extend the learning day beyond classroom walls.
For schools, the Pearson-hosted web deployment option increases flexibility by: enabling the scaling and modification of class implementations more easily, simplifying setup processes; and providing a Pearson-managed backup and disaster recovery system. And, costs can be reduced since no additional software or hardware is required for purchase or installation.
"With belt-tightening pervasive across the country, we believe the online delivery option for SuccessMaker can help keep costs down for school districts and still offer students the latest in a proven education technology that focuses on the needs of the individual learner," said Chris Dragon, newly named president of Pearson Digital Learning. "Our award-winning SuccessMaker program personalizes instruction, matches the latest in educational standards -- including the Common Core State Standards - and now improves the overall digital learning experience for our teachers and students by offering more flexibility for anytime, always learning."
Additionally, the latest version of SuccessMaker will boost educators' ability to make data-driven decisions and ease system management for teachers and schools.
SuccessMaker advances student learning with a new Spanish language glossary to improve support for English Language Learners, additional spelling and grammar lessons, added reading passages that deliver expanded science and social studies content, and content aligned to the Common Core State Standards.
Leigh Byron, Head of School at Village Charter School in New Jersey, said, "I am continually impressed with the power of SuccessMaker. It has greatly improved students' academic performance. It has become a part of our culture, and its reporting features have changed the way we analyze data and differentiate instruction."
Designed to accommodate a full array of different learning styles -- including those students served by special education, or who are gifted, at-risk or English language learners, SuccessMaker is a great match for many common education funds including Title I, EETT, IDEA, 21st Century Learning, Title III, Head Start and school improvement funds.
About SuccessMaker
SuccessMaker identifies and addresses individual learning needs quickly and efficiently through embedded assessments that determine each student's unique starting place and continuously analyze each student's actual performance. The program utilizes this data to automatically create a personalized path through the curriculum based on a learner's strengths and weaknesses, pinpointing specific areas of struggle, difficulty, advancement, or mastery.
Nearly three million kindergarteners through eighth-graders have logged in to SuccessMaker globally to date. For more information about SuccessMaker and the Common Core, go to http://www.successmaker.com or http://www.pearsoned.com/commoncore.

A VIEW FROM LIBYA: "A GREAT SENSE OF OPTIMISM".
LONDON -- The following information was released by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO):
Foreign Secretary William Hague talked of a "great sense of optimism" among Libyans in Benghazi in his update to Parliament on the Middle East and North Africa.
In his visit to Libya last week for talks with the National Transitional Council the Foreign Secretary said that Benghazi is functioning well under the circumstances:
"...police visible on the streets, many shops and restaurants open and food staples in good supply. We also noted a dramatic expansion of civil society groups who rightly see themselves as one of the key building blocks of a free Libya."
The Foreign Secretary talked of steps taken to intensify the military, economic and diplomatic pressure on the Qadhafi regime:
"We have increased the tempo of air strikes against regime forces. These are currently taking place at a rate of approximately 50 strike missions per day, and include the targeting of military command and control sites in Tripoli, regime tanks, artillery, rocket launchers and armoured fighting vehicles."
He went on to say that the Qadhafi regime is "isolated and on the defensive":
"Last week a number of senior military officers abandoned it, including five generals. The Head of the National Oil Corporation also recently fled Libya. On 17 May, ARABSAT joined European satellite companies in suspending Libyan State TV broadcasts, a significant blow to Qadhafi's ability to carry out psychological warfare, and we press all satellite companies to take similar action."
On Syria the Foreign Secretary said "President Assad is losing legitimacy and should "reform or step aside":
"Britain has circulated a draft UN Security Council Resolution condemning the repression in Syria and calling for the Syrian Government to meet their people's legitimate demands, release all prisoners of conscience, lift restrictions on the media and Internet and co-operate with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights"
He said that the situation in Yemen is extremely uncertain following President Saleh's departure to Saudi Arabia to receive medical treatment.
"It is of the utmost importance that all British nationals leave the country immediately by commercial means while it is still possible to do so, as we have advised them to do since 12 March. I warn again that it will be extremely unlikely that the British Government will be able to evacuate British nationals from Yemen."
On Bahrain the Foreign Secretary said:
"I welcome the lifting of the State of National Safety on 1 June and the announcement by The King of Bahrain that a comprehensive and inclusive National Dialogue will start on 1 July. Urgent dialogue on genuine political reform is the only way to address the legitimate concerns of the Bahraini people and ensure long-term stability."
Talking about the Middle East Peace Process the Foreign Secretary said that the Arab Spring underlines the importance of a breakthrough:
"This long standing conflict needs to be resolved, through negotiations, to give the Palestinian people the state that they need and deserve and the Israeli people long term security and peace. The status quo is not sustainable, nor will these populations be immune from the effects of change and instability elsewhere."
"The new Palestinian Authority should be composed of independent figures on the basis that President Abbas set out on 4 May. As was the case with the outgoing Authority, it should uphold the principle of non-violence, be committed to a negotiated two-state solution, and accept previous agreements of the PLO. Hamas will remain a proscribed terrorist organisation unless and until they abandon violence and commit to a two state solution."
"The UK will judge a future Palestinian government by its actions and its readiness to work for peace."

JAMES HENRY PEAVY PLEADS GUILTY IN U.S. FEDERAL COURT.
MISSOULA, Mont. -- The following information was released by the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Montana:
The United States Attorney's Office announced that during a federal court session in Billings, on April 5, 2011, before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, JAMES HENRY PEAVY, a 62-year-old resident of Livingston, pled guilty to possession of child pornography. Sentencing has been set for July 6, 2011. He is currently released on special conditions.
In an Offer of Proof filed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Marcia K. Hurd, the government stated it would have proved at trial the following:
In May of 2009, law enforcement officers received a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children with concerns about a MySpace page of a young girl. The officers traced the page back to PEAVY of Livingston, and they questioned him in September 2009. PEAVY admitted that he had posted the fake Myspace page pretending to be a young girl looking for sex with older men. A consent search of his computer was attempted, but the software did not operate properly. PEAVY agreed that the officers could take his computer into the lab, image it and search for child pornography images. They did so, returning the computer to PEAVY in the meantime.
A forensic examination revealed numerous items of child pornography that PEAVY had received via the Internet and saved. Agents went back to PEAVY's residence with a search warrant, and seized his computer in March 2010. Forensic examination once again revealed that PEAVY had continued accessing and saving child pornography via the Internet. When questioned, PEAVY first claimed he was attempting his own undercover investigation, but when confronted about his failure to contact law enforcement, he admitted that he looked at the images for sexual gratification. PEAVY admitted that he used the Internet to receive and possess child pornography videos and images. PEAVY possessed images and movies of children clearly prepubescent and children engaged in sadistic or masochistic abuse or other depictions of violence.
PEAVY faces possible penalties of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and lifetime supervision.
The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Regional Computer Forensic Lab (RCFL), and the Montana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP) The Coalition for Luggage Security says according to an article on msnbc.com entitled, "Lost Luggage Worsening Problem for Airlines", 14,089 bags were lost or misplaced in the month of August (2006). The article indicates banned liquids and an increase in checked bags were considered to be partially to blame for this increase.
http://msnbc.msn.com/id/15134565/ The article also states that out of every 1,000 bags transported in August, 8.08 were lost as compared to 6.5 in July, and the lose rate of 6.4 August 2005. "This is not a surprise. It's not even news anymore. It's a built in fact of life. Instead of providing travelers with an alternative to an increased chance of their bags being lost or misplaced due to constant changes in security measures, temporary or permanent, airlines, airports and governmental departments will keep doing things the way they have since baggage handling and airlines were created, but on a larger scale," said Richard Altomare, Founder and President of the Coalition for Luggage Security, and CEO of Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP). "The Coalition offers solutions to this very problem. Give travelers the opportunity to have their possessions where they are supposed to be instead of late, lost or sold off to the general public in a store in Tennessee. The Coalitions white paper, 'More Safety, Less Hassle for American Travelers: A private sector solution', provides a plan that includes not only organization and a decrease in lost luggage but incentives to travelers, airlines, airports and our government to adopt a better, different, less archaic process. This paper can be found at http://www.luggagesecuritycoalition.com/downloads/securitywp.pdf.

Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB:SSSU) Global 1 Realty Corporation, www.1global1realty.com, forms venture capital private equity investment funds for acquisitions of companies, financing of investments in other entities, and files to do business as Silver Screen Holdings to reflect our new business model.
Share Capital Structure: The company's strategy regarding its capital structure is to grow SSSU through acquisitions in a non-dilutive manner. We have created Reg. E Business Development Companies to raise $10 million per year which will be used as acquisition vehicles rather than diluting the equity position of the company. Furthermore, we have NO intent of conducting a reverse split of the company's shares. The new shares we have authorized will be used in a non-dilutive manner and are strictly for acquisitions as restricted shares.
Corporate Growth Strategy: Our corporate growth strategy is to grow internally through share appreciation and capital gains through the acquisition of and investment in growth companies and opportunities present to us. Our strategy is to diversify the risks of ownership in our shares by the distribution of dividends of companies, up to (25%), we invest in. We have several concepts and companies we are investigating for acquisition and investment. Capital Gains and Share Appreciation through Federal and State Tax Credits: Our strategic business unit Global 1 Entertainment, Inc. is preparing a slate of film projects to take advantage of section 181 and 199 of the internal revenue code film tax credits. Investors in the partnerships we create will be able to write off 100% of their investment in the partnerships as a tax credit against their federal income taxes. www.cfoyesq.com/ARTICLE%20DRAFT%201.0.htm. One hundred percent of the investment in the film fund is tax deductible against passive income by the investor. A Georgia investor will receive an additional credit of 12% against GA income taxes. This fund is available to U.S., as well as international investors. We are exploring the distribution of our funds via a broker/dealer network and Registered Investment Advisors. We expect to raise up to $100 million in these funds. The $100 million invested in the fund will generate, assuming a 40% tax bracket, $40 million in passive income tax savings at the federal level and $12,000,000 in savings at the state level. Together a total of $52 million in capital gains added back into our capital structure as an investor benefit gives our shares an additional value of $0.50 per share.
Valuation Metrics: We estimate SSSU shares to have an intrinsic value inclusion of any dividend distribution of portfolio companies of between $0.35-0.50 per share plus the tax credit benefit estimated at $0.50 per share. This value is based on the distribution of 25% of a portfolio company's shares to our shareholders and each portfolio company to trade on the OTCBB at a price of $0.05 - $0.10 per share.
NOBO List: The NOBO List, Non Objecting Beneficial Owners, will help us identify the correct and accurate shareholder base, and award the benefits to the correct parties and to protect the investment of verifiable shareholders. We expect to have the results of the complete NOBO list later this week and the short position announced to our shareholders.

Skating controversy may never end.
Byline: Bob Ford
SALT LAKE CITY _ It was Day 3 of "The Greatest Thing To Happen To Figure Skating Since Tonya Kneecapped Nancy," and you couldn't keep up with the press conferences without a scorecard, a translation headset and a handy atlas of global politics.
The Canadians were still madder than the last time the general store ran out of lard. The Russians were still walking around with the gold medals in the pairs competition. And NBC was so upset about the whole, sordid business you could hear the executives giggling from their penthouse suites.
"Olympic Controversy Attracting Huge Numbers!!!" was the subtle subject line on one of a series of giddy e-mails from the network, which has seen this shambling ratings nag transform into a galloping thoroughbred almost overnight.
More than 300,000 votes were recorded on the network's internet poll on the subject, breaking the record for respondents previously held by the poll on whether Bill Clinton should resign as president.
Nearly 92 percent of the devoted figure skating fans felt Jamie Sale and David Pelletier of Canada should have won the gold medal over Elena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze of Russia, it was breathlessly reported. The other 8 percent believed that Bill should definitely hang in there.
In the real news of the day, such as it was, the president of the International Skating Union revealed that head referee Ron Pfenning of the United States had filed a written report that questioned how the pairs event was judged. Then, the International Olympic Committee, in its own press conference, told the ski federation to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible or it would step in.
"I have an allegation, and I have a denial," Ottavio Cinquanta, the ISU boss, said. "So, we have to go on."
What we go onto, apparently, is a closed-door "internal assessment" process that will conclude Monday when the international federation's ruling council convenes to wear its festive hats and make a decision on the matter.
"The problem is how to prove it," Cinquanta said of a possible judging impropriety.
The real problem for Cinquanta was how to dodge the verbal tomatoes tossed his way during a long, contentious press conference attended by about 1,000 journalists, each of whom arrived carrying a ringing cell phone, a batch of nasty questions and an attitude.
"You are sliding around like a skater," the man from the Montreal Journal said in French, tired of trying to pin down Cinquanta. "You do not realize how this candle burns."
Cinquanta knew he was on the hot seat, however, and was definitely aware that the poor, robbed Canadians had become not only the darlings, but the dominant story of the Winter Olympics.
"We're not going to give the public the right to judge figure skating competitions," Cinquanta, who is Italian, answered in his own huffy French. "If you take advantage of the emotions of the public for each result, you have results that are not well-founded because, right now, you would have the emotions as they are in Salt Lake City and North America. ... If you made a phone call to Moscow, you would probably get a different answer."
Like, Da.
The controversy, which began when the Russians edged the Canadians Monday night despite a bobble in their long program, centers on whether judge Marie Reine Le Gougne of France swapped a favorable pairs vote for the promise of help from the Russian bloc in the upcoming ice dancing competition.
Having jumped a few journalistic fences in the process, Toronto's normally staid Globe and Mail reported Wednesday that the ice dancing outcome has already been fixed, directing trifecta players to the Italy-Russia-France combination. Canada will finish fifth in ice dancing, the paper reported as an added tip.
At their own press conference, Canadian officials indicated they would prefer the figure skating federation be investigated by someone other than the figure skating federation. Failing that _ and the suggestion will go nowhere _ the Canadians have filed an appeal of the judges' decision with the ISU. Unfortunately, what they have at the moment is buckets full of second-hand information and not a teaspoon of facts.
"The more evidence, the stronger the appeal," said Michael Chambers, the president of Canada's Olympic federation. "The more hearsay, the weaker the appeal."
With that established, it is clear little will happen. Sale and Pelletier are probably more popular now than if they had won the gold. Figure skating has attracted so much attention that people might actually watch the ice dancing competition. And the ISU and all its strange judging patterns will continue as before.
To be honest, if the second-place pairs team had been from Lithuania and unattractive, there wouldn't have been any press conferences yesterday. There wouldn't have been any outrage, any calls for changes, and Cinquanta could have enjoyed his lunch. But the unlucky couple was both adorable and the stuff of local controversy, so it became a big deal.
Now, if someone can just find that chain-smoking bottle-blonde with the kneecap pipe, we'll really have an Olympics that NBC can get excited about.
